1. Cancellations

More than 24 Hours’ Notice

If you cancel your service at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time, you are eligible for a full refund. This allows us to reallocate resources and scheduling efficiently.

Less than 24 Hours’ Notice

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee. This is to compensate for lost scheduling opportunities and operational resources already allocated.


2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment or service at no extra cost if requested at least 12 hours in advance.
Requests made within 12 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a rescheduling fee, depending on the resources already committed.


3. Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

  • The service was not delivered due to a fault or technical issue on our side.

  • The cancellation followed our policy guidelines.

  • You were charged in error.

Note: Refunds will not be provided for completed services or for dissatisfaction based on unrealistic expectations, such as guaranteed follower counts or income increases.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.


4. Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error or wish to contest a payment:

  • Please contact us first at info@thrivetrade.online with your account details and issue.

  • We will investigate and respond within 48 hours.

  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension and void any further claims for service or refund.
